Hike Under The Stars – Senior 3s

On Friday evening, the parvis of Mġarr Church welcomed a group of enthusiastic Senior 3 students and their educators.  All geared up with haversacks and torches, the group walked towards the setting sun alongside the fields leading to Ġnejna Bay.  Once on the bay, towels were laid down, the fire pit was started and sausages were barbequed.  Students gathered around the fire to heat marshmallows and make s’mores before they grouped up and played games on the sand.

Many thanks to the parents and guardians for taxiing their daughters to and from our meeting places and to the students for their responsible behaviour.  Our gratitude also goes to Sister Riches, Sister Cristina and all educators for organising this activity and providing the opportunity for our students to enjoy each other’s company outside of school premises.
