Senior 3 Maths Trail

On the 8th of April 2019, Senior lll students visited San Anton and Kitchen Gardens to participate in a whole-day Maths Trail activity.

The purpose of this activity was to provide students with the opportunity to work in a context other than a classroom. Students were divided into groups and had to apply their mathematical skills to real life situations, such as measuring areas/volumes of shapes, finding symmetrical objects, identifying different polygons, solving problems involving ratios, proportion, probability and more,  to win the final prize.
