In the French school magazine Voila of this month, we learnt about a delicious French biscuit – le macaron.
During last week’s lesson the girls followed a recipe in French on how to make the renowned delicacy.
Felicity Xuereb Debattista from 1A brought us a sample to taste. Felicity prepared her macarons over the week-end with her Nannu Manuel who patiently guided her through the method.
