Healthy Snacks – Oat and Banana Pancakes

The Senior 3 Home Economics students tried their hand at healthy snacks, and their oat and banana pancakes turned out to be delicious!

Ingredients:
80g crushed oats
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
(One can also add some sultanas)
Method:
Blend everything together
Servings: 8
